Overview

The 7725i injection valve is currently the most advanced HPLC sample injection valve. 7725i adopts quantitative ring full filling and partial filling methods, which can handle sample volumes ranging from 1 μ l to 5ml. The quantitative accuracy reaches 1%, and in the fully filled mode of the quantitative loop, the accuracy is even higher. The normal working pressure is set to 34Mpa, and by adjusting the pressure button behind the handle, the working pressure can be adjusted to 48Mpa. The 7725i injection valve comes standard with a 20 microliter quantitative tube.

7725i injection valveIn addition to the various functions of the widely used 7125 injection valve, it also has the following five functions:

(1) During the sampling/injection conversion, the mobile phase remains continuous (with no interruption in the flow path, as per Rheodyne's patented technology MBB)

(2) The pressure selector button behind the handle can make sealing control very easy;

(3) The range of pipeline connection angles has increased, making it easier to connect and use the injection valve;

(4) Equipped with an internal trigger (position sensing switch, limited to type I injection valves with suffix);

(5) Optional 2 microliter built-in ultra micro quantitative tube and accessories

The new rotor seal allows for 30000 injections. The patented design of the needle path allows the micro injector needle to reach the edge of the quantitative ring without losing the sample. The 7725i has a built-in sensor that provides a start signal for the integrator and workstation.

-Sample processing procedure-

Accurately weigh an appropriate amount of doxycycline hydrochloride reference substance, add an appropriate amount of 0.01mol/L hydrochloric acid solution, dissolve by ultrasound, and dilute with 0.01mol/L hydrochloric acid solution to a solution containing approximately 1mg doxycycline hydrochloride per 1ml. Shake well, filter through a 0.45 µ m organic system filter membrane, accurately measure 20 µ L, inject into a liquid chromatograph, and record the chromatogram.
