The ibidi µ - Slide 8 well is suitable for standard immunofluorescence staining steps without the need for a cover glass. All experimental steps (such as cell culture, fixation, staining, and imaging observation) are performed in an open chamber. After staining, the sample can be directly observed under a high-resolution microscope through a bottom similar to a cover glass. The sealed cover can effectively prevent water evaporation and allow for long-term experimental observation.
