The ALO-1 automatic rotary oxygen bomb oxidation stability tester is the latest product developed by our company. The instrument is not only suitable for measuring the oxidation stability of turbine oil (in accordance with SH/T 0193 "Lubricating Oil Oxygen Stability Determination Method (Rotary Oxygen Bomb Method)" standard), ASTM D2112 and ASTM D2272.
And it can also be used for gasoline oxidation stability testing (in accordance with GB/T 8018 "Determination of Gasoline Oxidation Stability (Induction Period Method)" standard).
Due to the use of high-tech pressure resistant rotary joints in the instrument, the problem of no leakage during pressure resistant rotation has been solved, paving the way for the automation of the instrument.
characteristic
1. The instrument is controlled by a microcomputer, with independent wireless signal transmission, and can perform two sets of experiments simultaneously. The entire experimental process and printing of measurement data are automatically performed.
2. The large screen Windows interface displays hyperbolic images (including temperature control status, oxygen bomb speed, pressure curve, test data, average value, etc.), making the entire experimental process clear at a glance.
3. The instrument has automatic pressurization and leak detection functions, greatly saving the workload of operators.
4. The printing of data and curves uses ordinary copy paper (only 0.04 yuan per sheet) instead of imported recording paper (about 10 yuan per sheet), greatly reducing the cost of experiments.
5. The instrument is equipped with a standard RS-232C communication interface, which can be connected to the central control computer for networked quality management.
6. Equipped with a self measuring pressure recorder (optional), automatic manual comparison tests can be conducted.
7. Equipped with an optional oxygen bomb for gasoline oxidation stability testing, gasoline oxidation stability testing can be conducted.
