The AF-2S automatic double cup flash point tester is the latest product assembled and produced by our company to meet the needs of domestic use. The instrument has the advantages of multiple testable items and high degree of automation, and is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, plastics, civil aviation, commercial inspection, and power systems.
1、 Instrument features:
1. Multiple testing items: The same instrument can be combined according to user needs and can perform two or more flash point tests simultaneously.

② Binsky Martin closed cup method for flash point determination: in accordance with ASTM D93 standard.
③ GB 261 Closed Cup Method for Flash Point Determination: Complies with GB 261 standard.
④ Cleveland Open Cup method for flash point/ignition point determination: in accordance with GB/T 3536 and ASTM D92 standards.
⑤ GB/T 267 Open Cup Method for Flash Point Determination: Complies with GB/T 267 standard.
2. High degree of automation: Whether it is flash point or ignition point determination, as long as the relevant parameters are set and the START button is pressed, the entire test process will be automatically carried out.
3. Any model can simultaneously test two sets of samples, conduct comparative experiments, or take the average value.
4. The large screen LCD display is easy to operate, with a rich interface, and the experimental process and measurement data are all clear at a glance. The printer automatically prints the data results.
5. The main electrical components of the control and measurement departments are all imported, ensuring the reliability and stability of the instrument.
6. The ignition device of the operation department can be selected from electronic ignition and gas ignition methods (users can choose one of the corresponding methods according to the situation).

Tektronix closed cup method for flash point determination at 0 ℃~300 ℃; Cooling function can also be added (for electronic cooling below 0 ℃), with a temperature control accuracy of ± 0.1 ℃.

6. Flash point detection method: The open cup method uses flame ion detection to determine the flash point, while the closed cup method uses high-sensitivity thermocouple detection to determine the flash point.
