What are the characteristics of humidifiers in paper mills?
Date: 2022-01-21Read: 0
1. The ultrasonic humidifier adopts an integrated atomizer with replaceable chips inside, which has a long service life. It is equipped with an atomizer chip key for easy maintenance during shipment.
2. The atomized particles are fine, the humidification efficiency is high (close to 99%), and the humidification intensity is high. The particles produced by spray are uniform, which can quickly meet the humidity requirements.
3. The atomizer comes with a water level sensor to ensure that it automatically stops working when the water level is too low, without the need for additional equipment, saving costs.
4. Diversified control methods, including manual control, humidity control, time control, and easy operation.
5. LCD display panel+control system+humidity sensor, high control accuracy and fast response. After setting the humidity, it works continuously without the need for personnel to be on duty, achieving automatic circular operation.
6. The host is equipped with high-performance automatic water filling valve, overflow port, and drain valve, which can be used in two ways: automatic and manual water filling, making it easy to use, safe and reliable.
7. The bottom of the host is equipped with universal wheels, making it easy to move.
8. By adopting multiple protections such as current overload protection, anti dry burn protection, water temperature protection, etc., the machine can ensure long-term continuous and stable operation.
Paper mill humidifiers, also known as ultrasonic humidifiers, mainly work by vibrating the atomizing plate in the humidifier thousands of times per second to form a mist, which is blown out by a fan and then transported to the workshop through pipelines. Due to the extremely small size of atomized particles, only 1-5 microns, they are easily absorbed by paper, filling the gaps between fibers and increasing the strength of the paper.
