Nowadays, many agricultural plants utilize greenhouse technology, such as flower nurseries, edible mushroom cultivation, vegetable planting, etc. However, with the arrival of high temperatures in summer, experienced greenhouse growers know that due to the enclosed space, the respiration of plants and the concentration of light in greenhouses can cause high environmental temperatures and insufficient humidity, resulting in significant losses such as dehydration, dryness, and slow growth of plants during the planting process.
In order to solve the problem of high temperature in greenhouses, many greenhouses need to take certain cooling measures. There are three common cooling measures we commonly use.
1. Sunshade and cooling
It blocks excess sunlight outside the greenhouse to create shade and protect the crops inside. It keeps the temperature inside the greenhouse at a suitable level, effectively blocking direct sunlight from the crops. This cooling method requires external shading materials to be sturdy, durable, have low elasticity, and anti-aging, resulting in higher costs.
2. Wet curtain cooling
It is the process of external high-temperature air passing through a wet curtain soaked in water, humidifying and cooling, and forming cold air. The cold air absorbs waste heat through a controlled room and is then discharged outdoors. It mainly uses the evaporation of water to cool down, because the evaporation of water needs to absorb heat, which can take away some of the heat inside the greenhouse. At the same time, it starts the fan to extract the hot air flow inside the greenhouse for cooling.
3. spray cooling
The cooling method of the spray greenhouse water mist cooling system is similar to that of wet curtain cooling, both of which use water evaporation to absorb heat from the air to achieve cooling effect. The difference is that the spray cooling system changes water into 1-15 μ m atomized particles. The atomized particles are extremely small and easy to diffuse in the air, so as to absorb more heat, accelerate the evaporation speed, and the cooling effect is more obvious than the wet curtain.

After a certain interval of time, the machine will automatically spray to supplement the water in the greenhouse, so that the greenhouse will always maintain sufficient water and provide a good living environment for crop growth.
2. Cooling effect
When the spray humidification equipment is running, it sprays a large amount of "fine fog". These atomized particles can absorb a large amount of heat in the surrounding air during evaporation, thus reducing the temperature in the greenhouse and achieving temperature control in a certain space.
