So, what issues should be noted in the daily use of imported pressure transmitters?

When measuring imported pressure transmitters, they should be placed at the top of the process pipeline to allow accumulated liquid to flow naturally into the pipeline. Additionally, the transmitter should be installed in a location with minimal temperature fluctuations. When using imported pressure transmitters to measure steam and other high-temperature media, it is necessary to add muscle condenser tubes to prevent excessive temperature and instrument damage.

When the imported transmitter operates at low temperatures, anti freezing measures should be taken to prevent damage to the instrument. When measuring liquid pressure, the installation of the product should avoid the occurrence of water hammer, which may cause damage to the instrument. When wiring, thread the cable through the waterproof joint (accessory) or flexible tube and tighten the sealing nut to prevent rainwater and other substances from leaking into the transmitter housing through the cable.

As long as the above precautions are taken into account, the use of imported pressure transmitters generally does not cause major problems. They are widely used in many industries such as petroleum, power and electrical, paper industry, steel, machinery, and shipbuilding. For example, in the petroleum industry, it is generally matched with throttling devices to achieve flow measurement and control functions, usually measuring the pressure and liquid level of pipelines and storage tanks; It is generally used in the paper industry to measure various chemical liquids and corrosion-resistant liquids.
