Whether the electromagnetic directional valve can operate normally and smoothly is related to the quality of the electromagnetic directional valve itself and closely related to our operation and installation.
We usually hear a master say that the quality of this electromagnetic directional valve is poor, often jamming off or leaking oil. There are two situations here: * one is that the quality of this brand of electromagnetic directional valve is indeed poor, and the second is that the electromagnetic directional valve is damaged during use due to improper operation and use.
Based on some issues encountered by customers using Hanlida brand electromagnetic directional valves, the following operating precautions have been summarized for your reference:
1. Pay attention to whether the four O-rings at the bottom of the valve have come off during assembly;
2. The fixed connecting screw should be installed uniformly under stress, otherwise it is easy to cause deformation of the valve body and jamming of the valve core;
3. The voltage used should be consistent with the coil voltage, otherwise it may cause the coil to burn out;
4. Hydraulic oil should be kept clean and free of foreign objects, which may affect direction change and cause jamming faults
(Oil pipes, pipe joints, oil tanks, and valve blocks should all be cleaned of debris. Oil pipes should be blown with an air gun, and hydraulic system valve blocks should be cleaned thoroughly.)
We encountered the fourth situation quite frequently. A customer reported that the solenoid valve often got stuck, so we asked the customer to return a few for us to inspect.
As a result, we cleared a lot of iron filings from the valve body, no wonder it got stuck.
We will send a fax to the customer and inform them of our inspection results. The electromagnetic directional valve is a hydraulic valve that requires precise internal coordination. Only by accurately matching each size can we avoid oil leakage; Due to the precise size matching, if any debris or iron filings enter the solenoid valve body, the solenoid valve will be stuck.
The common malfunction of electromagnetic directional valves is the failure of air conditioning heating without cooling or cooling without heating. Below, we will introduce some knowledge about electromagnetic directional valves.
Steps/Methods
1. Electromagnetic directional valve cannot switch direction or switch direction incompletely:
(1) The solenoid coil of the reversing valve has no voltage (measuring the circuit with a multimeter can determine if there is voltage.)
(2) The reversing electromagnetic coil is burnt out (can also be determined by measuring its conductivity with a multimeter).
(3) The vent hole on the piston inside the four-way reversing valve body is blocked.
(4) The capillary tube on the four-way reversing valve is blocked.
(5) The right air hole connecting the four-way directional valve and the electromagnetic guide valve is not tightly closed.
2. Detecting throttling components
(1) If the auxiliary capillary tube is blocked, cooling can proceed normally, but the heating air path is blocked and heating cannot be achieved.
(2) If an air conditioner has two sets of capillary tubes and two one-way valves, and one set of capillary tubes is blocked, it cannot provide normal heating.
(3) If the air conditioner is throttled through a thermal expansion valve, the focus should be on checking the heating expansion valve. The cause of the malfunction is usually damage, blockage, or improper adjustment of the overheating degree of the heating expansion valve.
3. The outdoor environment temperature is too low
The outdoor temperature must be above -5 to 5 degrees Celsius for normal heating.
4. The defrosting temperature controller has malfunctioned
If there are parameter changes, contact oxidation, or wire disconnection faults, it will cause the inability to defrost, resulting in the air conditioner not being able to heat properly.
5. Detect the electric heating system of the heat pump assisted electric heating air conditioner.
(1) The temperature fuse is blown, or to prevent the protection of the temperature superheater.
(2) Poor contact of the electric heater switch.
(3) The electric heater is disconnected.
