Hydraulic transmission has many outstanding advantages, so its application is very extensive, such as in general work. At present, in the development of hydraulic technology in the world, China's construction machinery hydraulic parts industry has been using a large number of foreign hydraulic components. However, since 2010, China's hydraulic components have formed a complete range of production and research systems with certain production capacity and initial scale. Specialized manufacturers of accessories have occupied a certain proportion. However, problems such as outdated product technology, unreasonable product structure, and unstable product quality still constrain the further development of China's supporting parts industry, and are also the main reasons for the overall quality and reliability level of the host. Diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, hydraulic valves, and other components commonly suffer from the "three leaks" problem. The percentage of hydraulic system failures is quite high. About half of hydraulic system failures are caused by leakage due to accelerated aging and failure of seals, assemblies, and other components. The problem of short service life of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, and bearings is also prominent.
