How to maintain ICP dynamic force sensor
Date: 2025-07-23Read: 18
Although the ICP dynamic force sensor is not directly mentioned, the following maintenance recommendations can be provided based on the general principles of sensor and ICP equipment maintenance:

1、 Use environmental management

  1. Temperature and Humidity ControlEnsure that the working environment temperature of the sensor is stable at 20-25 ℃ and the humidity is controlled between 45% -60% to avoid temperature and humidity fluctuations that may cause component performance degradation or damage.
  2. dustproof measuresRegularly clean the surface and surrounding environment of the sensor to prevent dust accumulation from affecting measurement accuracy. For key parts such as electronic control circuits, it is necessary to regularly remove dust with a small brush and vacuum cleaner to avoid short circuits in high-voltage components.
  3. Anti corrosion treatmentAvoid the sensor from coming into contact with corrosive gases or liquids. If the measuring medium contains corrosive components, it is necessary to choose a corrosion-resistant model or install protective devices.

2、 Electrical system maintenance

  1. Power supply stabilityEnsure that the power supply line has sufficient capacity and voltage fluctuations do not exceed ± 5%. Avoid sharing lines with high-power devices to prevent voltage fluctuations from interfering with sensor operation.
  2. grounding protectionSensors need to be grounded separately, and the ground resistance should meet standard requirements (such as spectrometer ground resistance<5 Ω) to prevent electrical interference and equipment damage.
  3. waterproof measuresUse waterproof connectors and tighten nuts when wiring to prevent rainwater from seeping into the housing. During outdoor installation in winter, anti freezing and insulation measures should be taken to prevent the liquid at the pressure inlet from freezing and expanding, which could damage the sensor.

3、 Mechanical component maintenance

  1. Anti impact designAvoid direct liquid impact on the sensor surface to prevent mechanical damage. When measuring gas, the sensor should be installed at the upper part of the process pipeline, and the pressure port should be opened at the top to facilitate liquid discharge.
  2. Installation of pressure conduitPressure pipes should be installed in areas with small temperature changes to avoid deformation or leakage caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
  3. regular inspectionRegularly check whether the sensor installation position is loose, whether the pipeline is bent or blocked, and ensure that the measurement channel is unobstructed.

4、 Operation standard management

  1. Sample pretreatmentFor high salt or organic samples, it is necessary to filter and remove suspended solids before analysis to prevent clogging of the atomizer or damage to the sensor.
  2. Standardization of operating proceduresStrictly follow the procedures for startup, shutdown, and sample testing operations to avoid frequent startup and shutdown that may cause equipment damage.
  3. personnel trainingOperators must undergo professional training and pass the assessment before they can take up their posts, ensuring the standardization and safety of operations.

5、 Regular maintenance plan

  1. routine inspectionCheck the appearance, wiring, and working environment of the sensor daily to ensure they are normal, and promptly clean dust and debris.
  2. Monthly maintenanceCheck the cleanliness of the air filter, cold cone, and light path window every month, and clean or replace them if necessary.
  3. Annual maintenanceConduct comprehensive maintenance and calibration of sensors every year, replace aging components, and update software versions to ensure stable and reliable equipment performance.
