Production of ultrasonic cleaning machine tank:

Firstly, it is necessary to purchase 304 or 316 stainless steel plates, as the periphery of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is made of stainless steel. After ordering, the ultrasonic cleaning tank will be processed according to the required size. A shearing machine will be used to cut it to the desired size, and then the cut sheet metal will be processed. First, it needs to be bent according to the size of the tank body to a certain extent, and then the tank body will be made. The bent stainless steel parts need to be welded to make the ultrasonic cleaning machine tank body. We need a stainless steel square tube as a bracket, and then fix the groove body on it.

After the groove body is formed, it is divided into single-sided vibration type, double-sided vibration type or bottom vibration type according to the size of the groove body. Depending on the needs, the screws connecting the vibration head are welded on the panel where the vibration head needs to be installed. After completion, the vibration head adhesive is pasted around the connection vibration head screws, and then the vibration head is installed, with one vibration head installed at each screw position.

After installing the vibration head, start connecting the wires to the vibration head and complete the process. Install heating devices and select suitable heating plates as needed.

After completing the above, start connecting the heating wire and the ultrasonic machine wire, and start installing the external door panel, temperature control switch, and the wheels and cups of the ultrasonic cleaning machine.
