The six axis force sensor independently developed by Xinjingcheng has brought significant optimization to collaborative robots. It has high sensitivity, allowing collaborative robots to keenly capture small force fluctuations in the surrounding environment. Just like in human-machine collaboration scenarios, from slight touch interactions to physically challenging tasks, robots can rely on it to respond accurately and control their movements more precisely. Its measurement range is also quite wide, and collaborative robots can quickly collect data and analyze it in various task scenarios with force and torque requirements, providing strong basis for intelligent decision-making, effectively improving the adaptability and work efficiency of collaborative robots in different work scenarios, and promoting their deep application and development in multiple industries.
New series of quartz piezoelectric micro force sensors
This series of products has achieved significant size optimization, with diameter specifications covering the range of Ø 4mm to Ø 12mm.
The ultra micro products with diameters as low as 4mm in this micro series represent the advanced level of miniaturization engineering for quartz piezoelectric sensors. The implementation of this size greatly expands the application boundaries of high-precision mechanical measurement, making it possible to perform direct mechanical measurement at key nodes where sensors could not be deployed due to space limitations in the past.
Its potential application areas include but are not limited to:
1. Robotics: Micro robot/collaborative robot joint torque feedback, precision clamping force monitoring of end effectors.
