MSIY-20 Pneumatic Floating Spindle is a precision machining actuator designed specifically for integration into automated equipment such as robotic arms.

This unit is composed of a pneumatic spindle with an outer diameter of 20mm and a MSIY-20 floating tool holder combination, achieving the combination of high-speed grinding and adaptive compensation.


Its core function relies on the mechanical structure of the floating handle.

It can achieve bidirectional floating of 360 ° plus or minus 5 ° radially and 5mm axially.

And the initial pressure and floating stroke can be set through the pre pressure adjustment mechanism.
