Analysis of Problems Encountered Before and After Power Failure of NORGREN Electromagnetic Valve
NORGREN solenoid valveIt is a commonly used electromagnetic valve product with two structural principles: direct acting and pilot operated. It is widely used in fields such as power, electronics, machinery, and chemical engineering. Application scope of NORGREN solenoid valve: aerospace, nuclear industry, shipbuilding industry, petrochemical, power equipment, pharmaceutical equipment, industrial furnaces, drying equipment, fire-fighting equipment, stage, HVAC, cleaning equipment, electroplating and coating, filling and metering, machine manufacturing, food industry, water treatment system ultra-high voltage control system.
NORGREN solenoid valve does not work after being powered on:
Check if the power wiring is faulty, rewire and connect the connectors
Check if the power supply voltage is within the ± NORGREN solenoid valve operating range - adjusted to the normal position range
Is the coil detached and re welded
Replace the coil due to a short circuit
Is the working pressure difference inappropriate? Adjust the pressure difference or replace the corresponding solenoid valve
Replace the appropriate solenoid valve when the fluid temperature is too high
If impurities cause the main and moving cores of the solenoid valve to get stuck, clean themNORGREN solenoid valveIf the seal is damaged, it should be replaced and a filter should be installed
The viscosity of the liquid is too high, the frequency is too high, and the lifespan has reached the point of replacing the product
The problem of NORGREN solenoid valve not closing after power failure:
(1) The direction of the arrow on the NORGREN solenoid valve body is not consistent with the direction of fluid flow. Remove the NORGREN solenoid valve and reinstall it to align the two directions;
(2) The blockage of debris makes the valve unable to close tightly. The NORGREN solenoid valve and filter screen should be cleaned. In special circumstances, the diameter of the pressure guiding hole of the filter screen can be enlarged by about 0.1mm to balance the pressure, so that the piston can move down normally and press the valve seat tightly;
(3) The moving iron core, spring, and main valve core are stuck, the spring length and pressure are inappropriate, and the sealing components are damaged or unevenly positioned;
(4) Valve seat and stem wear or fraying, resulting inNORGREN solenoid valveIf it is not tightly closed, the valve stem should be ground and brushed, the worn valve seat should be repaired or replaced;
(5) NORGREN solenoid valve attracts the iron core due to excessive magnetic force. Remove the NORGREN solenoid valve, pull down the iron core by hand, push it up to the dead center, and suddenly release it to see if the residual magnetism can attract the iron core. If it is attracted, it indicates a high residual magnetism, and it is necessary to replace the iron core with a suitable material or replace the NORGREN solenoid valve as a whole.
