HYDAC pressure sensors are involved in many industries such as water conservancy and hydropower, railway transportation, intelligent buildings, production automation, aerospace, petrochemicals, oil wells, electricity, ships, machine tools, pipelines, etc. They are widely used in various industrial automation environments and are a commonly used sensor in industrial practice.

Intelligent sensors are sensors with information processing functions, equipped with microprocessors, and have the ability to collect, process, and exchange information. They are the product of the integration of sensors and microprocessors. Smart grid, like many smart systems, is not a standalone entity, but a product of the collective action of numerous equipment and technologies. The sensor equipment for monitoring the * line is small but important. In the development of smart grids, traditional sensors are no longer able to quickly and directly measure and monitor the quality and fault location of certain power products online. And intelligent sensors can be used to directly measure product quality indicators and faults (such as temperature, pressure, flow rate). For example, in order to meet the development needs of smart grids, China has launched a fiber optic current sensing system, which realizes full digital closed-loop control of pipeline current sensing system. It has the characteristics of good stability and linearity, high sensitivity, and meets the high-precision measurement requirements of a large range. At present, intelligent sensors have become a hot topic and frontier in sensor research. The leapfrog development strategy that should be adopted to vigorously develop research on intelligent sensors is a key measure to occupy the commanding heights of future information technology.
The HYDAC pressure sensor operates based on the measurement principle of hydrostatic pressure. It generally uses a silicon pressure sensor to convert the measured pressure into an electrical signal, which is then amplified by an amplification circuit and compensated by a compensation circuit, and then output in the form of 420mA or 010mA current.
However, in the field of sensor equipment, China's industry currently cannot meet the needs of market development for HYDAC pressure sensors. According to relevant sources, domestically produced sensor chips have been widely used in fields such as public transportation cards, hotel room cards, and mobile device near-field payments. However, high-frequency and ultra-high frequency chips, such as labels for alcohol and clothing, still have shortcomings compared to foreign countries and require further technological breakthroughs. China has made some progress in low-end temperature and humidity sensors, but there is still a significant gap compared to foreign countries in terms of comparative sensors, especially in microelectromechanical systems that integrate sensing, transmission, and processing into small-sized chips. The development of the sensor field is facing obstacles, which will also cause considerable difficulties for the promotion of the Internet of Things industry in China in the future. If foreign products are used, there may be many concerns about safety.
Characteristics of HYDAC pressure sensor:
a. High grade: Equipped with electronic pressure switches and built-in DMS pressure sensing components, which can be set through buttons. High precision, long lifespan, and simple operation;
B detection accuracy can reach 0.5%, suitable for various work fields;
c. Good product stability: Special compensation circuits have been added to the design to control deviations within a very small range, ensuring good stability of the product during normal use;
d. Easy to use: The mechanical and electrical connections are simple, and can be set through buttons. The output signal can be directly input into the PLC control system;
Long lifespan: Electronic switches are used to achieve contactless control, which has a longer lifespan compared to mechanical contact switches
