The main functions of the Motrona conversion module are as follows
  1. Signal conversion function
    • SSI/frequency/serial/IO link conversionSupports converting absolute SSI encoder signals into analog standard signals (such as ± 10V, 0/4-20mA), serial formats (RS232/RS485), or parallel formats (such as binary, Gray code, BCD) to meet the data compatibility requirements between different devices.
    • Incremental encoder signal conversionThe pulse signal of the incremental encoder can be converted into an analog signal (such as ± 10V) or a parallel signal, and supports serial interface output to adapt to various control scenarios.
    • Strain gauge signal conversionProvide high-precision conversion to analog signals for low voltage signals output by force sensors and weighing sensors, ensuring accurate transmission of measurement data.
  2. Signal processing and enhancement functions
    • Signal Separation and DistributionBy using pulse dividers (such as GV204, GV210) to distribute a single encoder signal to multiple devices, it supports level conversion (such as HTL to TTL) and signal amplification, improving signal transmission stability.
    • Sine cosine signal interpolationProvide signal interpolation function for SinCos encoder, convert it into incremental square wave signal (such as HTL/RS422 format), and expand device compatibility.
