New product MBS 1600/1650 series pressure transmitter unveiled at the 2016 Rubber and Plastic Exhibition
The MBS 1600/1650 series pressure transmitter, tailored for the plastic processing industry, can effectively prevent electromagnetic interference, have a fast response speed, and effectively prevent cavitation and liquid hammer effects. This pressure transmitter will be officially launched in June 2016.
The electromagnetic interference caused by variable frequency drives (VFDs) and other direct coupling voltage transients generated by valves or relays are major challenges in the plastic processing industry, leading to production time loss, raw material waste, and ultimately expensive mechanical damage and maintenance costs.
In view of the issue of electromagnetic interference, Danfoss has started creating a new pressure transmitter that has been optimized for the special situation of the plastic processing industry. The optimized new MBS 1600/1650 series can provide comprehensive electrical protection even under harsh conditions.
We work closely with the plastic processing industry and machine manufacturers to address electromagnetic interference caused by variable frequency drives (VFDs) and other direct coupling voltage transients generated by valves or relays. We all know how important it is for production lines to operate continuously and for products to meet quality standards. ”Zhao Han, Sales Director of Danfoss Industrial Automation Department, said.
The new MBS 1600/1650 series pressure transmitter is mainly used to control all hydraulic processes, including injection pressure, locking force, and servo pump pressure.
