The two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation with information services as the core in Xinsong's equipment manufacturing, new energy, rail transit, and consumer service robots four major industrial sectors, committed to establishing industry application standards for robot network information services and promoting the rapid and vigorous development of both parties' businesses.

According to the agreement, both parties will cooperate to carry out an intelligent application service platform project, which is the practical application of Internet of Things technology in the equipment manufacturing and service robot industries. With the help of China Telecom's network services, the intelligent application service platform located at the headquarters of Xinsong Company will be able to monitor the real-time status and upgrade intelligent programs of robot devices sold to any corner of Xinsong Company. By integrating manufacturing equipment, service robots, IoT, and mobile communication services, both parties can enhance their market influence and customer loyalty in their respective business areas.

At the same time, in terms of mobile communication services, China Telecom will customize reasonable and favorable regional and even national mobile communication networking solutions for Xinsong Company. In terms of basic communication services, enterprise information systems, information communication services, server hosting, system integration services, etc., China Telecom will provide communication construction services and support for Xinsong Company.

In addition, Xinsong Company has agreed to make China Telecom its long-term main provider of telecommunications services, prioritizing the use of China Telecom's network resources (including fixed and mobile communication networks) to build business and management networks, and prioritizing the use of various communication and information value-added services and services launched by China Telecom, including new and application services.
