1. The working surface of the test bench should be kept clean and tidy, and the flanges and sealing discs of the tested valves should not have any foreign objects. The O-ring should be checked for damage at all times.

2. The moving parts of each component on the test bench should be regularly oiled and kept clean and lubricated for use.

3. Hydraulic oil should be regularly inspected and replaced for newly put into use equipment. The oil tank should be cleaned and replaced with new oil every three months, and then cleaned and replaced every year thereafter. The oil level should not be lower than the lower limit of the oil level gauge, and the oil temperature in the tank should not exceed 55~C.
