Troubleshooting of High Pressure BlowerThere are three exclusion methods:

1) Firstly, the high-pressure blower needs to be protected in two aspects:

1. Pressure: Excessive pressure can cause the fan casing to have no flow for a long time, resulting in high fan temperature and aging of the fan bearings. For pressure, a pressure relief valve is often used, which is an unloading valve. When the operating pressure of the high-pressure fan exceeds the set pressure of the pressure relief valve, the pressure relief valve will automatically open to release the excess pressure and protect the high-pressure fan.
2. Dust: Excessive dust in the working environment of high-pressure blowers can stick to the impeller and bearings of the blower, causing it to jam and prevent the blower from rotating. For dust, filters are often used. It often uses filter cartridges with different filtration accuracies according to different usage scenarios. Different filter cartridges have different maintenance methods and service lives, which need to be clarified when ordering.
2) The second cause of high-pressure fan failure is the selection of bearings
1. Poor lubrication quality of bearings. The purpose of lubrication is to prevent direct contact between the moving and stationary parts, resulting in friction between solids and liquids. If the quantity or quality of lubricating oil is insufficient, it will cause direct friction and heat generation between the moving and stationary parts, or the heat cannot be carried away by the lubricating oil, resulting in an increase in the temperature of the high-pressure fan bearings. 2. Poor assembly quality of rolling bearings. If the tightness between the inner sleeve and the shaft is insufficient, and the clearance between the outer sleeve and the bearing seat is too large or too small.
3. The sealing felt is too tight and heats up, causing compression of the air.
4. The bearings of the high-pressure blower vibrate excessively and bear impact loads, seriously affecting the stability of the lubricating oil film.
5. Insufficient or interrupted cooling water flow for the bearings of the high-pressure blower affects the heat dissipation, resulting in an increase in bearing temperature.
6. Poor quality of bearings for high-pressure blower. Poor scraping and grinding quality of sliding bearings, poor contact or detachment of black metal; Cracks, fractures, peeling, etc. on the rolling surface of rolling bearings can damage the stability and uniformity of the oil film, causing the bearing to heat up.
3) The fault of the high-pressure blower is caused by the ambient temperature
In some situations where the ambient temperature is too high, high-pressure blowers need special protection: for example, when used in a sealed environment, attention should be paid to ventilation and heat dissipation; When the ambient temperature (intake temperature is relatively high), it is more important to pay attention to ventilation and heat dissipation, or choose a high-pressure blower that allows for a higher intake temperature;

2. In some special situations where the ambient temperature is too high, long-term high temperature can cause the bearings of the high-pressure blower to quickly evaporate the lubricating oil on the bearings due to high temperature, resulting in bearing jamming and causing the high-pressure fan to not rotate For temperatures that are too high, our company producesFull air high-pressure fanUsing SKF and NSK high-temperature resistant bearings (with a temperature resistance of up to 150 degrees) imported from Sweden and Japan, the high-pressure blower can operate in environments with excessively high temperatures.
