Layout form of high-pressure fan in drying equipment

The common arrangement of high-pressure fans in drying systems is the combination of a single induced draft fan and two drum induced draft fans. In the former form, a single induced draft fan is placed behind the dust recovery device to put the drying equipment in negative pressure operation.

When high-pressure fans are used in drying equipment in this form, they not only take into account the advantages of negative pressure operation, but also avoid the disadvantage of reduced drying efficiency caused by air leakage into the system due to large negative pressure operation. At the same time, micro negative pressure operation can ensure the recovery rate of dust recycling devices.

In the actual production of drying operations, the selection of which high-pressure fan to use should consider multiple factors, including the model, capacity, and operating conditions of the fan. Only high-pressure fans that meet practical requirements are the ones we choose.
