What is the difference between high-pressure fan and medium pressure fan

Under design conditions, high-pressure fans with wind pressures ranging from 30kPa to 200KPa or compression ratios of e=1.3~3 belong to the category of high-pressure fans. Currently, in the industry, air ring vacuum pumps are generally classified as high-pressure fans. High pressure fan, also known as high-pressure blower, is different from general centrifugal blower fans. The impeller of a compressed air fan (also known as a centrifugal fan) is covered with a mechanical casing, and the center of the impeller is the air inlet. When the medium pressure fan is working, the power equipment drives the impeller to rotate, drawing air in from the air inlet. During the rotation of the blades of a centrifugal fan, a dynamic force is applied to the gas, increasing its pressure and velocity. The gas is discharged from the exhaust port along the blade path under the action of centrifugal force. During the operation of a medium pressure fan, although the rotation of the impeller increases the pressure and velocity of the gas, the various changes in the gas are relatively small. Therefore, in the design and use of centrifugal fans, gas is usually treated as an incompressible fluid. The gas treatment process of medium pressure fans is completed in the same radial plane, so medium pressure fans are also called radial centrifugal fans.
