On June 3, 2016, the Traffic Special Committee of Shanghai Metrology Association held the 2016 Technical Exchange Conference. More than 60 companies were invited this time, led by General Manager Li Xinghua, Deputy General Manager Lu Youai, Marketing Director Shao Junfeng, Quality Director Song Yue, Deputy Director of Water Supply Department Cui Hongjun, and Manufacturing Center Liu Guichun. They were divided into six groups and visited the company's exhibition hall, workshop, and office building successively.
　　
The exhibition hall is the window of our company's image, and the display area mainly includes advertising machines showcasing model projects, an honor area witnessing Kent's growth, VCRs for corporate video introductions and product introductions, phantom imaging of product 3D images, and a product prototype display area. Through the explanation, the visiting group gained a deeper understanding of Kent's past development, current achievements, and public welfare contributions to society.
　　
Six members of the special committee visited the calibration workshop, product inspection area, welding area, and winding area on the first floor in the workshop building; The assembly area and machining area on the second floor; The electronic workshop and heating equipment area on the third floor. Guests expressed that the impressive features include a calibration device (with the largest calibration diameter up to DN2400), an electromagnetic sensor with a diameter of DN2800, a production process progress information system, an electromagnetic assembly line, and an electronic workshop with constant temperature and humidity.
　　
During this period, the special committee highly praised our company's 5S management, product innovation, and corporate culture in the factory area. They also highly praised the company's research and development capabilities and suggested that we cooperate more with scientific research institutions to promote technological innovation and facilitate the transformation of scientific research achievements.
　　
After the visit, Li Xinghua personally donated books and presented the "Seven Habits of Capable People" that the company employees had repeatedly studied and understood to the guests.
