Adhesion testerBe sure to pay more attention during operation, otherwise it will affect normal work and reduce efficiency. Let's take a look at the operation and maintenance of the adhesion tester below:
1. If the display is abnormal or the crossbeam does not move during debugging, check if the limit switch is locked. If the limit switch is locked, release it and retest.
2. If the test force and displacement do not change during the test, check if the wiring and sockets are in good condition.
3. If any abnormal noise is found during the tensile test, immediately stop the machine and check the transmission system. 、
(1) Minor repairs
Eliminate static seal leakage points, check and tighten the bolts of each component;
Check or replace the packing seal;
Adjust the clearance of the blowback valve;
Is the filter cloth pressure rod loose;
(2) Intermediate repair
Including minor repairs;
Check and clean the solvent tube and nozzle;
Check the gearbox and replace the lubricating oil;
Adjust and repair the scraper;
Replace the filter cloth;
Check the hollow shaft distribution head for damage and corrosion;
(3) Major repairs
Including intermediate repair content;
Check the coaxiality and levelness of the drum for corrosion or damage; Check the dividing groove and filter bridge of the rotary drum;
Check the bearings at both ends of the drum;
Disassemble the gearbox and inspect the meshing condition of the gears;
