A weighing scale is a commonly used method for measuring the weight of bulk heavy goods such as coal, grain, and sand. The advantage of using a weighing scale to measure weight is that it can save the cost of bagging, avoid errors due to lack of bags, and most importantly, ensure the speed of measurement. Weighing scales are almost the preferred choice. However, the accuracy of the weighing scale has always been a concern for merchants.
The accuracy of weighing scales reflects the principle of social equity. In many transactions, the inaccuracy of weighing scales has harmed the interests of many farmers and merchants. In the management of weighing scales, it is still easy to ensure their accuracy if no one actively changes them. The principle of a weighing scale is the same as that of an electronic scale, both measuring weight by using pressure sensing components to change the current. So an electronic car scale is a large electronic scale, so its structure is very similar to an electronic scale. Firstly, there is an internal circuit with pressure sensors on it. At the same time, it has a distinctive outer shell and an electronic reality screen for display. The external structure is equipped with current, and generally uses a 220V household power supply. At the same time, there is also a battery inside, which can be used even without power supply. The electronic car scale is an instrument for measuring gravity, and the mass of an object is calculated using the formula g=mg, which raises a problem. g is not a constant, but the g value of the weighing scale is fixed. Many people rely on adjusting the g value to change the actual measurement data. 2.1 Correct use
The correct use of electronic car scales is the main aspect of maintaining the accuracy of weighing scales. The abnormal use of weighing scales is mainly due to the lack of regular maintenance, as well as measuring beyond the range. Measuring beyond the range can cause damage to the pressure sensing element. When the pressure sensing element is subjected to excessive pressure, its internal crystals will undergo displacement or form new material structures. The original pressure sensing characteristics will also be affected accordingly, resulting in measurement inaccuracy, especially in measuring small objects, where this inaccuracy will be more pronounced.
2.2 Scale Maintenance
Maintenance of the weighing platform is a very important way because when a car is on the weighing platform, the tires will tilt outward due to the influence of gravity. If the weighing platform is intact, this force can be effectively avoided. However, if there are cracks on the weighing platform, this force will be transmitted out, causing inaccurate force measurement. At the same time, the entire structure of the weighing platform is also undergoing stress damage. Although it is not obvious, it accumulates and can easily cause huge failures.
2.3 Maintenance of Instruments
The maintenance of instruments is an important project because an ammeter is directly connected behind the electronic display screen. Changing the ammeter is equivalent to changing the usage mode of the electronic scale. It is not allowed to dismantle the instrument equipment of the weighing scale without professional maintenance personnel's confirmation. At the same time, the maintenance of instruments should pay attention to avoiding rain and moisture, as moisture can affect the resistance of the circuit and never change the electronic data. Similarly, direct sunlight should be avoided as much as possible, because electronic screens cannot withstand direct sunlight, which may cause digital display failures on the electronic display screen.

3. Measurement performance guarantee measures

3.1 Avoid indication errors and ensure accurate data

During the installation and use of weighing scales, errors may occur due to various factors, such as poor installation quality, deviation of the steel ball of the weighing sensor from the center position during use, foreign objects pressing against the weighing sensor or foundation between the scale platform and the weighing sensor, detachment or jamming of the horizontal limiter of the weighing scale, friction between the scale platform and the slope protection, and damage to components such as sensors, junction boxes, and weighing display instruments. To avoid and reduce errors, the first step is to choose products produced by large weighing equipment factories with good quality and reputation. When installing, please have professional technicians from the manufacturer install them to ensure the quality of the weighing equipment and installation; Secondly, for the installed weighing scales, they should be reported to the legal metrological verification institution for verification before they can be used. Attention should be paid to the following points during calibration and use: Firstly, before calibration, the weighing scale should be preheated by powering on, and the preheating time should not be less than 30 minutes; The second is to use a vehicle close to the maximum weighing capacity of the weighing instrument to roll back and forth on the weighing platform multiple times, and use emergency braking on the weighing platform to release the residual stress in various parts of the platform, ensuring that the steel ball of the weighing sensor is vertically stressed and avoiding lateral stress, in order to ensure accurate calibration data.

3.2 Take grounding measures to ensure the safety of weighing instruments

The scale is used outdoors, and there are occasional incidents of lightning strikes causing repairs every year. Therefore, electronic truck scales should have a good grounding system. One is work grounding, which means directly connecting the ground wire of the power supply to the earth; The second is safety protection grounding, which is to shield external interference, leakage, etc. by connecting the shells of weighing instruments, power stabilizers, and other equipment to the ground; The third is lightning protection grounding, which means grounding and effectively connecting the weighing platform, weighing sensor, and junction box, welding them on the ground piles of the weighing body foundation, and forming an interconnected grounding network.
