In early May, a customer saw our company selling wheelchair scales on Alibaba and contacted our manager Jiang. The customer provided wheelchair scales for hospitals, with product requirements: measuring range: 300kg, with armrests on both sides, single-sided slope for easy wheelchair access, instrument with RS232 communication interface, RS232 to USB data cable, and weighing data imported into the system. They hoped that our company could recommend a suitable wheelchair scale. Manager Jiang provided a solution based on the customer's requirements and subsequently issued a product quotation. After confirmation by the user department, it was deemed that our company's product meets the requirements and a direct purchase contract for wheelchair scales was signed with our company.
