Operation and maintenance skills of WP-30 caliber 3-inch small gasoline water pump unit

The air-cooled single cylinder four stroke gasoline engine paired with a 3-inch cast aluminum water pump is currently a commonly used product. Today, the Ouyixin Electromechanical editor will explain the operating steps again:

Firstly, check the engine oil. The new machine has no engine oil and needs to be refilled with oil first. The 3-inch gasoline water pump is 170 liters, and the gasoline power only requires 0.6L of engine oil;

Secondly, add 92 # gasoline, open the fuel circuit switch, close the air door, and turn the engine switch to the ON position;

Thirdly, the pump body should be filled with water so that it can flow out from the outlet;

Fourth, gently pull the rope and start the engine;

Fifth, after pulling the engine, remember to push the air door to the right to open it;

Sixth, after starting the car, the throttle size can be adjusted for control.

Attention: The connection between the inlet pipe and the joint needs to be sealed and clamped tightly, without any air leakage, otherwise water cannot be sucked in; Change the engine oil after the first 20 hours of use and every 50 hours thereafter.

Repair: The general fault is that the engine cannot be started. We first check the oil circuit and whether the gasoline is there. In addition, we check whether the spark plug is ignited. Then we look at the carburetor, which can be cleaned or replaced directly.
