Correct usage method of frequency transmitter
1. Installation of transmitter
The transmitter adopts standard DIN35 rail card installation, which is convenient to use.
① Hook the lower side of the fixed slot of the transmitter onto the installation guide rail;
② Push the transmitter upwards and rotate it to press the upper clamp of the transmitter against the rail, then the transmitter is installed on the rail;
③ When removing from the rail, push and rotate upwards as shown in the diagram to lift the transmitter out of the upper side;
2. When the transmitter leaves the factory, it has been accurately calibrated according to the "Product Standard" and can be powered on for operation after the user connects it correctly. After connecting the power, the red RUN running indicator light should flash. There are no special requirements for the auxiliary power supply of the transmitter, and multiple transmitters can share the group power supply. When purchasing a commercially available regulated power supply, it is required that the isolation voltage of the power supply be ≥ 2000VAC and the DC output ripple be<10mV.
3. Please strictly follow the transmitter terminal definition diagram to connect the input and output signals, otherwise the transmitter may be damaged or the output value may be incorrect.
For testing the accuracy of the transmitter, it should be carried out under the following conditions:
a) Standard signal sources with an accuracy of 0.05 or higher and measuring instruments with an accuracy of 0.05 or higher;
b) Auxiliary power supply: nominal value ± 0.5%, ripple ≤ 5mV; ambient temperature: 25 ℃± 5 ℃; Relative humidity: RH (45-75)%;
