After purchasing this equipment, I need to be able to install it correctly and use it in a timely manner to detect, diagnose, and troubleshoot faults, ensuring the normal operation of the water pump. *Correct installation of water pump. To select the installation location, the position of the water pump device should meet the requirement of being able to suction the vacuum height. The foundation of the installation location should be horizontal, without any tilt angle, and the foundation should be solid. When installing, attention should be paid to the rotation direction of the power equipment and the water pump to ensure consistency and prevent the device from reversing. If the water pump and power equipment are connected by a shaft, the axis of these two devices should be on the same straight line, which can prevent vibration during the operation of the water pump unit and also prevent single-sided wear of the bearing; If using rubber belt transmission, the axes of the two should be parallel to each other, and the rubber belt wheels should be aligned.
If there are multiple units in the same machine room for REXROTH plunger pumps, it is important to maintain a distance of at least 0.8 meters between each unit and between each unit and the wall. The suction hose of the high-pressure water pump should have good sealing performance. When filling and diverting water, the air inside should be drained completely. During operation, no air should accumulate inside the hose. The suction hose should be slightly tilted upwards and tightly connected to the water inlet of the pump. The inlet should be submerged in water to a certain depth.
The REXROTH plunger pump base should be poured with cement on a solid foundation to ensure its stability during operation.
2、 Timely diagnosis and troubleshooting. As a mechanical equipment, plunger pumps are inevitably prone to various problems and malfunctions over time. The key is to be able to analyze, judge, and correctly eliminate them in a timely manner. Different types of pump failures may vary, and the following aspects should be noted and mastered. The flow rate of the 1REXROTH plunger pump for pumping is insufficient. Attention should be paid to analysis. After starting up, the water pump cannot discharge water. To analyze and determine the possible reasons, it may be that the pump body and suction pipe are not filled with guiding water; It may also be that the dynamic water level is lower than the water pump filter pipe; It is also possible that the water absorbing hose is worn or cracked. Identify the cause and take the following measures: eliminate the fault caused by the bottom valve and fill the guide water according to the specifications; Depending on the situation, lower the position of the water pump device so that the rubber hose for filtering water is below the dynamic water level, or wait for the dynamic water level to rise before pumping water from the filtering water pipe; Replace the damaged water absorbing hose. There is significant vibration or noise in the pump body of a 3-plunger pump.
REXROTH plunger pump check if the water pump device is not secure, and check if the motor ball bearings are dry worn and damaged; Check if the main shaft of the water pump and the main shaft of the motor are not on the same axis.
After identifying the cause, promptly and correctly eliminate it, reinforce the water pump or lower the height of the water pump device; If it is a bearing issue, replace the motor ball bearings; Adjust the axis position of the water pump and motor so that they are on the same axis. 3、 Regular maintenance of the high-pressure water pump should be carried out according to the operating procedures, and the methods and skills of "handling and preventing equipment failures of plunger pumps" should be carefully studied and mastered.
