How to improve the SICK sensor's immunity to external interference skills
Once SICK sensors have poor anti-interference ability and are easily affected by external interference, their value is compromised, and their application range is greatly limited. Pressure sensors are one of the most widely used sensors in industry, agriculture, and other fields. It has applications in various environments, so its anti-interference ability must be considerable.
At present, SICK sensors can adapt to many environments, but in some environments, the anti-interference ability of pressure sensors is still insufficient. We must combine high-tech from multiple perspectives to further improve the anti-interference ability of pressure sensors.
Improving the structure of SICK sensors can to some extent avoid the introduction of interference, which can be achieved by integrating the signal processing circuit with the sensitive components of the sensor as a whole, that is, by integrating them.
In this way, the signal to be transmitted is enhanced, improving the anti-interference ability. At the same time, because it is integrated, it reduces the introduction of interference; Integrated sensors have the characteristics of compact structure and strong functionality, which is conducive to improving anti-interference ability; Intelligent sensors can adopt anti-interference measures in software from various aspects, such as digital filtering, timed self calibration, characteristic compensation, etc.
SICK sensors directly contact or approach the measured object to obtain information, while pressure sensors and the measured object are both in a disturbed environment, inevitably subject to external interference. Especially piezoelectric pressure sensors and capacitive pressure sensors are prone to interference. The anti-interference measures for pressure sensors generally start from the structure. SICK sensors can also be solved through software.
Sensors use mechanical equipment processing technology to install some components and signal conditioning devices on a very small chip. So its small size is also one of its points, in addition to that, it is also another major point. To some extent, it can improve the accuracy of system testing. In the safety control system, installing pressure sensors in the pipeline equipment at the outlet to control the pressure brought by the compressor to a certain extent is a certain protective measure and a very effective control system. After the compressor starts normally, if the pressure value does not reach the upper limit, the controller will open the air inlet and adjust it to achieve the maximum power of the equipment.

Pressure sensors play an important role in injection molds. Pressure sensors can be installed in the nozzle, hot runner system, cold runner system, and mold cavity of injection molding machines.
