Construction elevators are essential transportation equipment in modern high-rise construction. Especially in the construction of high-rise and super high-rise buildings, it plays an extremely important role in ensuring construction period and safety, reducing construction costs, and alleviating labor intensity, which cannot be replaced. Elevators are divided into single cage elevators (suitable for buildings with small conveying capacity) and double cage elevators (suitable for buildings with large conveying capacity) according to their different structures. Elevators generally consist of steel structures, transmission systems, electrical equipment, and safety control systems.
Advantages of Variable Frequency Elevators:
1. High efficiency, the maximum operating speed can reach twice that of traditional elevators.
2. Infinite speed regulation effectively solves the impact of structure and organization, extending the service life of mechanical structures such as gears, racks, and rollers.
3. The soft start function of the frequency converter reduces the impact current on the power grid when the motor is started, and alleviates the mutual influence between electrical equipment.
4. Optional acceleration and deceleration curves to ensure passenger comfort and reduce impact during cargo loading; Adjustable acceleration and deceleration time and operating frequency to ensure precise leveling of the elevator and reduce the requirements on the driver.
5. Energy saving and conservation. Soft start stops and improves operational efficiency, eliminates braking shock, and greatly saves the energy efficiency of elevators.
6. The use of frequency converters has reduced the cost of equipment protection for elevators, bringing economic benefits to the enterprise.
Construction elevators can be divided into gear type and rope hoisting type based on transmission methods, single beam lifting and double beam lifting based on structure, and one to two (driven by two motors and controlled by one frequency converter) and one to three methods based on electrical control methods. The elevator we are debugging is a gear type single cage one trailer two elevator, model SC200.
Process requirements:
1. Smooth start, safe and comfortable. Require smooth, safe, and comfortable operation during the four stages of the construction elevator;
2. The first gear speed is 20m/Min (20Hz), and the second gear operating speed is 42m/Min (50HZ);
3. No unsafe factors such as slipping hooks should occur;
4. Try to minimize the occurrence of alarm problems and other phenomena;
5. Capable of energy-saving operation.
Debugging steps:
(1) Connect the main circuit and control circuit according to the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram
(2) After checking the correct wiring, set the basic operating parameters, such as terminal startup, startup frequency according to the system's on-site requirements, and operating frequency.
(3) Set the frequency of releasing and holding the brake. The setting principle is to set from high to low (usually below 8HZ), balancing the three elements of frequency requirements. The first one is to release the switch without slipping the hook (i.e. the frequency cannot be set too small); The second release of the brake may result in a current that is not too high at the moment of holding (the impulse current should be stable within 1.5 times the rated current), which requires the frequency of releasing and holding the brake not to be too high; The third requirement is to consider the comfort of starting and holding the brake, which requires that the frequency of holding or releasing the brake should not be too high. Summarize these three factors to match the parameters.
(4) After optimizing the frequency of releasing and holding the brake, then optimize the current stability parameters during normal operation (such as automatic voltage regulation function) and the overvoltage alarm and braking resistor heating during the balance descent process.
From the on-site comparison, the V560 series frequency converter has certain advantages in the smoothness, energy efficiency, and safe operation of elevators. Now, over a hundred units are being used across the country, and the response and application effects are consistently good, receiving unanimous recognition from customers.
