On January 15th to 16th, the annual work conference of Beijing Chuangsifang Electronics Group Co., Ltd. was successfully held in Beijing. Leaders at all levels of the group headquarters, as well as leaders and relevant personnel from subsidiaries of Fuchuang Electronics, Fuchuang Power, Fuchuang Sensors, and Fuchuang Electric, gathered together through a combination of on-site and online videos to summarize and review the achievements of the past year, and had in-depth exchanges and discussions on key issues.
The meeting will first be reported by the leaders in charge of each business unit on the main work achievements and existing problems in 2024. Based on the principle of "data-driven and results oriented", each staff member reported on the completion of their annual work, summarized and reflected on budget management and performance evaluation indicators, and planned and forecasted the development direction for 2025.
The important appointments of the board of directors were announced at the meeting and a signing ceremony was held. Mr. Yang Guang, the newly appointed CEO, officially took office and delivered a speech. Mr. Yang first expressed his recognition of the achievements made by everyone in their work over the past year, and thanked all employees for their efforts and contributions. Subsequently, he elaborated on the development direction for 2025, pointing out that despite the challenging external environment, Chuangsifang has achieved multiple business breakthroughs through the unremitting efforts of all employees. Mr. Yang emphasized that in the new year, the company will continue to focus on six key areas: improving management level and operational efficiency, promoting information and digital construction, comprehensively upgrading marketing capabilities and strategies, enhancing R&D initiative and purposefulness, optimizing supply chain management, and strengthening quality control. Through these measures, the company will gradually move towards a refined, standardized, and information-based efficient operation model, enhancing profitability and sustainable development level. Mr. Yang calls on all employees to embrace a new journey guided by a positive, challenging, striving for excellence, and win-win corporate culture.
On the last day of the meeting, Mr. Li Yuanbing, the chairman, delivered a speech, first highly affirming the hard work and excellent contributions of the management team and all employees in the past year. Subsequently, he stated that the new management team has brought new thinking concepts and analytical perspectives. The company will further accelerate its intelligent transformation and digital upgrading, and embark on a high-quality development track of improving quality and efficiency, laying a solid foundation for the next 30 years of development. He encouraged all colleagues to seize the opportunity, take advantage of the situation, act accordingly, and dare to take action accordingly, to jointly face new challenges and work together to create a brilliant future.
During the conference, several major awards were announced, including Outstanding Contribution, Sales Champion, Sales Breakthrough, R&D Breakthrough, and Outstanding Employee of the 2024 Group, aiming to encourage all employees to continue to strive and surpass themselves. These awards are not only a recognition and affirmation of the winners, but also an encouragement and motivation for all colleagues.
