1、 Working principle of hydraulic driven self-cleaning filter

The hydraulic driven self-cleaning filter uses the pressure difference generated when water flows through the filter screen as the cleaning power. When the pressure difference inside and outside the filter screen reaches the set value, the device automatically starts the cleaning device:

1. Filtering stage：
   Raw water enters from the inlet, impurities are intercepted by the filter screen, and purified water flows out from the outlet.

2. Self cleaning stage(Automatic without power):

   • The internal pressure difference reaches the set value;

   • The pressure difference drives the cleaning mechanism (scraper, suction nozzle or flushing arm) to move under the action of springs or water flow;

   • The impurities on the filter screen are peeled off, sucked out, and automatically discharged through the sewage outlet;

   • The cleaning process does not interrupt the water supply.
